Check an user activity in CRM

Is there any option to check the "user journey" inside the CRM system? I have an Admin (and global admin) account to a CRM system, and I would like to check one of the user's full activity, including reads. I know there are possibilities to check the writes, updates, creates, changes, etc. (audit logging), but I need to know what data accessed by the user (entity/record level).

Is there any solution for that?

Thank you in advance,

Robert

    Hi,

We would request you to kindly check out our product User Adoption Monitor.

Using  this solution one can track the Read action by tracking the Opening of records by respective users.

Once this action is set up, every time a user opens the record of respective entity the counter increases.

Using our solution you can define for which entities you would want to track the reads and other actions as well.

This solution helps in keeping a count of the actions performed by the respective users on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis, in fact using this solution one can track the actions being performed on the custom entities as well.

Moreover, one can even track the User’s access to the environment.

Thus we suggest you to kindly have a look at our solution as it might be useful.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I red this docs, but I didn't check the checkbox "Single record auditing", that was my mistake. Since I checked it, I can see the reads as well.

Thank you for pointing out the mistake.

    Greetings,

    Robert
