I have installed the Expense Management Add-In in LCS
I have enabled Expense reports re-imagined
I cannot see the feature: "Auto-match and create expense from receipt" in feature management - is this the issue? Are there any prerequisites to seeing/enabling this feature?
Yes mobile app too - both depend on this feature being turned on in D365 F&SCM Feature Management. Everything worked once I actually found the feature to turn on!
I found the issue almost as soon as I posted the question.
In feature management, I had to go to the Not enabled tab, then filter on the "Feature name" column by "contains" expense to find the OCR feature to switch on. The filter at the top of the form did not find it, as it only searches for "begins with", so "Auto" would have found the correct feature, "expense" did not.
