I have search for ways to import some account schedules I have created in a sandbox environment. I came across the following page from Microsoft. However, I cannot find this option in NAV, I am using the 2016 version.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

This is a Russia Local Functionality. You will not find it on your database if you're not using the correct localization (RU).

You can download RU database and copy this functionality. It is a simple XMLport.

I'm using 2018 to set up multiple companies for a client and have used configuration packages to export and import my account schedules for each new co I set up. Not sure if that's available to you 2016?

This is a two step process. First you must import the Account Schedule name:

Then bring in the lines:

This would be two separate Configuration packages to play it safe.

Alfredo is quite right. Sorry, I was only importing a simple Balance Sheet and a P&L so I set the names up manually.
