I have imported Data for Gen Journal Lines (81) . User entered wrong TDS Nature of Deduction in Excel & it gets Uploaded which is not in Master Data. When i Post it gets Posted. Is it possible to check that fields which are not in Master it should not allow to Post.

Hi Manish

What is yourfield. When we import using Dataport there are no Headers in Excel Sheet. If u mean by Dataport fields then both should be same.

can we not set CallFieldValidate = Yes. R the 2 scenarios different.

You need to validate before uploading the data.

As well as If master data is not there then it will not allowed to post .
