ReportWe are in bearing manufacturing and having work in progress or partly processed components in shop floor for further processing, we take WIP stock take every month and needs to correct physical v/s system stocks, we have multiple process or routing stages in work order we open and process, at any point of time we have different qty of same work order in different stages defined in Routing or process definded in system,
our difficulty is to correct physical wip in system by loader, can some body guide to do this activity in shortest possible time, other wise presently we are doing manually and loosing time in days,
