Hi ,

Recently we have a requirement where we have developed a POS custom Extension for MPOS , Functionality works fine on Local VM but after deploying its package extension not loading , For testing purpose we enabled the CPOS and there our customizations work perfectly but the only issue is with MPOS . We are using D365 version 10 .

Is that the only warning/error you are seeing in the logs? Please check Settings page is POS to see if the extension is loaded and then:

1. Extension not loaded:

Check if it is listed in the extensions.json

Check if the extension name matches the one in the extensions.json

Check MPOS installer to see if the files are there

2. Extension loaded but certain controls failed loading:

Check the name of the files in the manifest.json and verify they match the files

Check logs for exceptions when the file was loaded

Check MPOS installer to see if all needed files are there (js, html, css)

There is a rich telemetry around loading extensions in MPOS so please review the logs in the Event Viewer to have a better idea on what happened while your extensions were loading.
