Error for one user in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

The outlook app for dynamics has been causing an error for only my user. When I open the app in the outlook web app, I get the following error after it finishes the authentication step in pre-loading. In outlook on the desktop, it throws an error immediately and shows an option the restart the app, which errors out immediately.

I have administrative access to the system
Everyone else in the org works fine
I have another admin who does not have a problem
I have removed the app and the connectors associated with this account and reinstalled the app for my user
I have reset and retested the mailbox in the CRM many times
I have run out of ideas...
