Suggestions to migrate to online environment

Hello all,
 
We have an on-premise solution version 9.0.2 which we would like to migrate to online.
Besides the standard customizations (plug in, wf, js) we also have:
- custom services
- a custom data base with its custom tables and stored procedures.
- direct insert/update transact sql sentences into tables in CRM. e.g. account/contact to make process fast.
-Report in business objects that access dynamics database tables.
-no sandbox plug in - no sand box workflows.
 
We would like to know if we can fit into Microsoft cloud architecture.
 
Any comments would be very appreciated.
