Does anyone know why factboxes would not appear in a form?

I've looked for a solution to this online and haven't found anything, so I thought I'd ask. I have a form that has four factboxes in it, and if I load the form as a system administrator, I can see the factboxes. If I log in as a limited access account with the role that is assigned to that form, I cannot see the factboxes.

I made sure that form design was changed to a style that supported having factboxes, and I tried to add the tables underlying the form parts and the form parts to the privilege that we are using for access, but that did not seem to have an effect.

Does someone know why they aren't appearing? Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brandt,

Is the check box checked @ AX ->System Administration->Setup->Client performance options

Thanks for the response.

It turns out that the factboxes need to be listed as entry points in the privilege that gives access. Once they did that, they re-appeared.
