Unable to create a Trigger in D365 Marketing

Hello all,

Thanks for seeing my post.

Im unable to create a Trigger as the Actions got greyed out.

We believe like some security permission is Missing .

Can anyone please guide me in right direction.

    Hi Kar Nall,

    I'm not sure which specific privilege is needed to create this.

    However, when I assign a user Basic role + Event Planner + Marketing Professional - Business, the user can create a real time trigger:

    Hi Steve, Thanks for the response.. Is it possible to Combine all three roles to single with minimum privilege's? as we are building a role from scratch. And How do we know which entities we need to give permissions for page controls? Like Library, Get Started etc is there any documentation of the entities that comprise specific page controls?

    Hi Kar Nall,

    Unfortunately, there isn't a specific doc to which role is needed for those controls. 

    However, when you press F12, you can see the error message about which privilege is missed.

    After you assign this privilege to your users, they can create the triggers:
