Has anyone solved the above mention when closing jobs where some R&M and Service jobs cannot be closed-off
using the standard process.
All Necessary steps have been applied to close off as usual but the jobs still remains on Open Status.

Your screen shot does not appear to be our Service Call Entry/Update screen.
Are you using a 3rd party Field Service product?
If so, you'll likely need to contact them for further assistance.
