Violation of Primary Key constraint 'PKB3910500'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.B3910500' error while running Reconcile to GL

Hi,

I am using Binary Streams' Multi-Entity Management with GP2010SP3. When I run Reconcile to GL in Payables, I am getting the below error msg and GP system hangs.

"Violation of Primary Key constraint 'PKB3910500'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.B3910500'. The duplicate key value is (PMTRX00001283, 470947, 326.88)" error while running Reconcile to GL under routines financial.

I checked in PM sub ledger for the duplicate document number 470947. There are two one with PMCHK and the other with PMTRX as ORGNTSRC in GL30000 table. I don't understand why this show stopper msg comes.

Any ideas to resolve this issue are most welcome.

Thanks

Vijay

    Hi,

This is issue with Primary key fields of MEM table B3910500. Binary stream is agreed its is product issue. They have fixed it by just dropping Primary Key on the same table.

    Thanks

    Vijay

    Hi Vijay!

Thank you for the post on this issue. Looking over the error message that you are showing I am noticing that it is mentioning the Third Party table B3910500. Were you able to look into this table to see if there might be a duplicate value? As this is a third party table there is not a lot of information that I can provide on it. There most likely is a damaged record in the B3910500 table that is causing the error to occur.

If you are unable to locate the damaged record in the B3910500 table as the error mentions you might want to create a support case with the Third Party Support.

    I hope this helps!
