Visual Studio 2017 and D365

I am currently using Visual Studio 2015. Is it worth it to upgrade to Visual Studio 2017 in regards to developing in D365? I mean are there significant advances/extras?

I hail from the glorious economic Republic of South Africa, meaning those upgrade costs would probably be a bit of an issue to my boss.

Any opinions from a personal experience will be appreciated.

Thank you for reading

The tools for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations are only for VS 2015, not VS 2017.
