Please can you explain me how to set up Security stock alert for group of item in Dynamics NAV 2013

Can I have the possibility to block Negative stock if I don't have NAV2013 R2 but NAV2013

Prevent Negative Inventory option is available from NAV2013R2 only..

In my NAV 2013 version I don't have Prevent Negative Inventory option. then even I don't have stock, i can creat packing slip, and system don't give me alert about.
You can setup security stock alert:
-by all items: Inventory Setup (Prevent Negative Inventory)
-by each item: Item Card (Stockout Warning)
There is not security stock alert by group of items. You can do this only with customization.
