Hi, I need to access to dynamics 365 sales mobile using a google account. The app show me sign with the message that "my account doesn't excist", but from the browser there is no problem.
Can you help me with this please!

What do you get if you click on "opciones de inicio de sesión"? as far as I've seen, community.dynamics.com/.../can-b2b-guest-users-access-the-dynamics-365-mobile-app if this is a gmail account or something like that, you need to have a valid B2B Guest account. This also points to using an URL authentication (instead of default).
Also, on Field service you have the following official documentation learn.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-faq that points to using deep links. MIght be worth trying
