Event Registration using Marketing Form in Email (not Portal)?

Dear Community,

We would like to use a Marketing Form for Event Registration. We do not want to have people register through a Portal, rather we would like to send them a Marketing Email with the form embedded in the email. Is this possible? SO far I have not found a way...

Many thanks!

Marketing form can 't be embedded in the email directly, but you can attach the link to your marketing form to a button of email.

Just notice that unlike landing page form or subscription center form, for event registration form, we need to manually put the hosting script from Event form into source code of Marketing Page.

Once the event registration form works in your page, copy URL of the page and insert it to the email button link.

    Hi Partner,

Only text and image are supported in email, it can be said that email is only used to present content.

You can create an event registration form, embed it to a marketing page or page of your own server, then attach the link to any button of the marketing email.

    1. Associate the form with the event, copy the script of the Form hosting field.

    2. Paste the script to source code of a landing page type marketing page or an external page.

    Dear Clofly,

Thank you very much! This is so helpful.

Regarding step 2 :"Paste the script to source code of a landing page type marketing page or an external page." Is there a particular place in the source code that I should paste the script?

    Hi Partner,

We can paste the code anywhere.(Within body tag.)

For example, if the code is put before the end tag of body(</body>), the form will display at footer.

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hi there!

I would like to recommend a project management tool called https://zorra.com/services/pbx. It's quite new but already competitive and powerful. Zorra PBX is flexible, too, so that it will be perfect for any development or production.
