How to Populate End Time of Bookable Resource Bookings

Hi,

Requesting for your expertise please. I am new to D365 FSM.

How would I make the end date/time in Bookable Resource Booking an hour later after the Start time? Can it be done via MS Flow? How?

For Example:

Start Date/Time: 2/14/2021 1PM

End Date/Time (Auto populate) should be: 2/14/2021 2PM

Hi Katie, the end time is automatically calculated as start time + duration. Can you elaborate on your use case and how you create these bookings? Usually you would have a RR (Resource Requirement) or a Work Order (which automatically has a RR) with a duration, in your case 1 hour. To book this you can use the Book button on the RR/WO or the Schedule Board (drag and drop or "Find Availability"). The booking will have start and end time populated, if there's travel required the end time will be start + 1 hour + travel.
