I'm trying to run an Employee Import, once I upload the file. The Execution status stays in "Not Run" There aren't any other jobs pending. Is there a way to force start the import?

I have the same issues with Excel.
The performance of the excel connector is inconsistent for us. Our clients have had the same issues. Whenever there are a large number changes, the system experiences significant slowdown. The data export/import through system admin has been more stable, our current client has over 1300 employees.

I'm not an expert on F&O, but why are you using employee import with file upload and not the Excel add-on for F&O (and Talent)? this works much better and without errors.
