What functionality does Worker User Requests provide?

Hi,

Worker User Request is often used by HR when requesting a user account for a worker. Then this employee will be given access to system.

Firstly check if you have a user workflow on User Workflows page. If not, create one.

Then go to Worker User Requests page. Click Add worker user button.

Then on select a worker, fill in user name and other required fields. Select a user’s role.

After that submit the request. The request will follow the workflow setup you specified.

After the workflow is complete, the user should be created and attached to the correct security role.
