Hi!
I have created a customer journey where a marketing email will be sent out. In the email there is a button with a link to a customer voice-evaluation.
In the customer journey I have set up a trigger that if the person in the journey have submitted the customer voice-form, a new email will be sent out.
The issue here is when I try the customer journey myself, the submitted form are not registered in the journey.
So even if the form is submitted, the customers will not recieve the email and will instead follow the NO-way instead of YES.
Is there anyone who know what might be wrong here?

Or do you mean customer voice survey button is not visible in marketing email?
If so, please check whether the survey is added as an item to the email tile at same time.

Please check whether your project is linked to the environment where the marketing application is installed.
If the right location is chosen, then the survey shall be available in the list.
