AX 2012 Vendor tax invoice amount and Remittance Advice amount mismatch

Hi Ludwig,

Can someone please help me with the below issue:

1. Amount in Remittance advice for a vendor is

2. However for the same invoice, amount in transaction or tax invoice is:

Why there is that difference?

    Hi Sonam,

    Is the remittance advice a customized report that was created by your company?

    If that is the case then I would recommend that you check the report design first and how it was created.

    Vendor settlement (2nd screenshot, below remittance advice screenshot ) is also showing $44.11

    The screenprints are so small and hardly readable.

    Can you make them once again?

    Can you also let us know whether the first screenprint shows a customized report?

    In addition to Ludwig inquiries, Please share the following info:

    1- What is the country of tax localization?

    2- What is the exact application version?

    3- Is the issue happening across all invoices or this single invoice?

    4- What is the accounting currency, invoice currency and payment currency?
