Hello

I have configured dynamics ax mobile connector in environment to allow users to able to work from everywhere on their mobile devices, everything is going fine. But there's a challenge I'm having right now, when users are connected to internal network the can be able to login to the mobile application but when using external network the mobile application doesn't authenticate them. Please I dunno which configuration to do now that will allow users to connect from external network.

Hi,

I know I'm a couple of years late for asking, but were you able to resolve your problem please? I'm using AX 2012 R3, and same setup works as you mentioned.
