I've created a number of content blocks for my organisation to use when preparing emails. I've tagged the various content blocks according to a particular brand, to make it easier for users to find the content blocks relevant for them.
However when i'm creating an email and try and filter content blocks by tags it says there are 'no tags found'. Why doesn't this functionality just work? See below a block with a tag 'NB' but when searching for this nothing is found.
Honestly i'm just so over this useless piece of junk system. Everything breaks constantly.

Is the content block already displayed in the Content blocks tab on the right side of the email?
