Hi,

I ma trying to use the reverse function but it is greyed out, even after assigning user role of /collection agent/. will be glad if anyone can put me through.

Hi ziyr,

I think you need to have either Accounts payable clerk or Accounts payable manager role.

Try assigning that role and see if it works.

Does that control enable over system administrator role?

Hi,
This MS doc mentioned this symptom and the reason why transactions can’t be reversed. Transactions can't be reversed for the following reasons and you can check these five areas mentioned in the text.

General journal

Revenue recognition journal

Foreign currency revaluation

Consolidation

Year-end close
