Default Business Process Flow Doesn't Work for Just One User

I have 4 sales reps, all with identical security settings. I have a Business Process Flow that is the default for all new leads. For some reason when 1 of the 4 reps creates new leads, the new lead doesn't have the default business process flow, he has to go to 'Process' -- 'Switch Process' and select the Business Process Flow.

The other 3 reps do not have to do this -- the default BPF appears automatically when they create a new lead.

Any ideas for why he has to manually select the BPF for every new lead?

Please check how this user's security role (including the security role of his team) is different from other users'.

Whether the browser is the same.
