Just go on the itacademy.microsoft.com. Login with your partnersource or customer source account.
Write the Relationship Management in Microsoft Dynamics NAV in search field
You will redirect to specific page for training and practice.
It is simple :)

If you are having customer or partnersource login then please follow below steps:
1) log in to microsoft dynamics partner or customer source
2) go to Readiness &Training --> E-Learning (you will be redirected to e-learning site)
3) On top of it you will find the search bar --> Write Service Management in Dynamics NAV 2013 and press search icon
You will find online learning course.
Recently, I gone through the same course and found very interesting stuff from it.
