Hi.
I have a Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premise.
I would like to know if a view can be shown only for one user.
I suppose it will be with some permits, but I have little time in this and I don't know how to handle them.
I have multiple views made where I show different columns and use multiple filters, but I don't know how to make each user see a selected view.
Greetings and thanks.
Hi Antonio,
The information and details provided by Aric are right. Please use this documents for additional reference:

Thanks,
You will need to create a personal view and share it with that users. System Views are accessible by all users.
Have the Sys Admin create the view, and Share it with that user and you should be set.
This can be done by using Advanced Find and Saving the view under a particular name. Once Saved, click on the Saved Views button (in Advanced Find), and from there click the Share button. You will be able to Share the view with Users or Teams.
You don't need to give the users all permissions. Read permission should be enough unless you want to allow them to modify the view, reshare it, etc...
In general if there are no special security circumstances, I would recommend having a system view that is accessible by multiple users, and they can run filters on the view (or create personal views from that view). This will save the admins time from creating views for every user. They will get into the habit of asking for everything when they can do it themselves...
Good luck.
