Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Archived)

SEPA Implementation

Posted on by 375

Hi all,

I'm starting to manage Dynamics NAV 5.0, so I don't have so much experience.

We need to implement the mandatory SEPA-payments as of February, 1st 2014.

I know that Microsoft has a NAV hotfix available for the SEPA implementation.

I would try to implement by myself without the supplier's support.

Can you tell me if it is something that I could manage without too much problems?

I found some information here:

community.dynamics.com/.../nav-2009-belgium-sepa-isabel-and-rtc-reports.aspx

but for me that I don't have so much experience, is not so easy.

Thank you for your support,

astublif

    RE: SEPA Implementation

    Hi astublif,

even if you have a lot of experience it's prohibitive from the cost/benefit ratio IMO. Even merging the existing standard objects into your solution can be tricky and should only be done with enough experience :) So, I'd say it's the wrong opportunity to do it yourself, but sitting next to the guy who is actually doing the merge for you can be a good solution.

    with best regards

    Jens
