this is the error I receive after I click on OOB button deactivate on custom entity CRM On-prem 2016 8.1

anyone has a clue?

Hi JJar,

Is there any custom logic running on click of the deactivate button?

The error does not seem to give a lot of information. Was there a log file included with the error?

Nope. In console and network I don't see anything. It doesnt give any log file. It looks like it doesnt send any request to CRM. I have custom enable rule on this, but with rule turned off problem is still occuring.
