Hi everyone.

I have a bug with an email.

In our customization we have an on-premises Dynamics with the Exchange sync connected.

There are some incoming emails I try to reply (with the standard reply button), I expect Dynamisc creates an outcoming email. But the fact. result is an error: "An unecpected error has occured"

    Hi

    1. Checked, everything is okay with users anв mailboxes. There are some other email messages, that we can reply while the mailbox and user are the same.

    2. The error appears for different users from different computers and we work via USD.

    3. There is a: "Max Session timeout settings updated from iframe:" message, but there is no SQL errors and it appears very quickly (1 sec)

    Hi Natalya,

    1. You can check that the User is approved to send email.

Navigate to Settings > Security > Users to open the user record and click "Approve Email", Also open user's Mailbox record and make sure it's

    enabled and tested.

    2. You can try to clear cache of browser or use another browser to test again.

    3. Try to press F12 to open the developer tools to look for problems in the browser.

Navigate to your email and click on the reply button after opening it. Then have a look to the developer tools... is there an error message displayed?

    Regards,

    Leah Ju
