Service management and time sheet integration

Hello,

Am Dynamics AX 2012 end user. The version that we have is R2. We are working on the project management and accounting module nearly two years. Now planning to implement service management module. My question whether the service management module is integrated with time sheet?

When a worker is assigned to a service request, can the time be auto generated to project module (under my time sheets) based on the hours spent on the request? Is this feature readily available? Can someone help me clarify.

Hi, there is a time recording feature available in the service module. Unfortunately, this feature is not directly linked to project time sheets and you need to customize it if you need this direct and full integration.
