Hi All,

There is some issue i am facing i have three aos , one is load balancer and other two are batch server.

Problem when i am setting batch for any report to send on given email id. then batch got ended but user not receiving email. but when i am sending that report by mannully (means not to tick batch in report parameter). then it is working fine.

Please let me know if any solution or reason. this will helpful for me.

Could you go to check the batch related tasks and to see if any error log t？
