Hello,

I am encountering an issue when trying to post a packing slip via the "Post Packing Slip" screen. The error message displayed is:

"The menu item with name salesformletter_packingslip could not be opened."

Has anyone experienced this issue before or have suggestions on how to resolve it?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    When did this start, and are your the only user with this problem?
    I've seen something similar due to invalid usage data.

    . Many users are experiencing the same error. If a sufficient quantity exists, no notification, such as "packing slip posted," ; it will simply disappear. If no quantity exists, an error message, like the one shown in this screen's menu item, will appear. This persists even after clearing the usage data.

    This is odd indeed... It should not happen without telling you why, for example informing you if not enough quantity available.

    It can be because of customizations or a bug in a recent update. My bet is on customization.
    My advice is to have a developer debug this, and find the root cause.

    No, not by looking at this screenshot;
    My assumption is based on experience from other customers.
