Hello,
While processing year end closing for one company, why system showing financial dimension for other companies.
how i can see only the financial dimensions in the account structure.

The form shows all that you have in the system.
That's 'by design'.
Do you need financial dimensions for closing-opening transactions?
I am asking this because the closing-opening transactions are balance sheet transactions for which people usually don't need findims.

Just to make it clear system will handle only Financial dimension linked to this company.
I believe FD must carry forward for BS accounts, correct me if i am wrong.

The year end closing transactions only affects balance sheet accounts as I mentioned above.
Most of the time there are no findims associated with those accounts and the setup does not matter.
I agree that there might be situations where you need a findim in combination with a balance sheet account to carry forward a balance and where this setup matters.
Do you have this requirement, i.e. a situation where you need to track the opening balance of a balance sheet account in combination with a findim?

For sorry the CFO enables all financial dimensions for the Full COA.
we have 3 dimension related to Country, Business Type and company number.
and 3 dimensions for departments, Branch and Divisions but enables for Full COA , and there is value named general to use with BS accounts.
this is the scenario we have.
I could understand the activation of the findims for country, business type and company number.
If you need the findims department, branch and division only for your profit and loss statement then there is no need to enable it for the year end closing process. Yet, it is also not harmful if those findims are only used in combination with profit and loss accounts.

let me back to my main inquiry, can i see only one company financial dimensions while closing the year or system will show all financial dimensions on Ax.

You cannot influence the findims that are shown in the form that you shared above.
There is no parameter or configuration available that would allow you limiting the findims that you see in this form.
So system will handle only FD related to the company i will close.
That's what I would expect and the only 'thing' that makes sense.
If you are in doubt, run the year end closing in a demo system first.
Ask your accountants to verify the vouchers created and whether they are ok with them.
Once your have their ok you can run the process in your live system.
