Setup sales price for procurement based categories in Project management accounting

Hi,

Where is the setup for the sales price for billing the POs with procurement categories. For instance, I have a project PRJ001 and I raised a PO (with procurement categories as line with a cost of $100) and later paid the invoiced from AP. Now I would like to bill it for the project using invoice proposal but I am getting 0 as sales price for these lines. I do not see any place to setup sales price for these procurement categories, any idea? Please advise.
