Converting project quote to project contract

Hi,

When I try to convert a project quote (work based) to a project contract, it works if there's no actuals already against the project, but not if there's already cost actuals against the project. I get this error:

Dual Write core application error-Dual Write core application error-Unable to write to Finance and Operations apps due to following error(s): {"Write failed for entity Project Operations integration actuals with unknown exceptionFor information on troubleshooting see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2244045. - Contract line ID PCL-001131 does not exist.\nvalidateWrite failed on data source 'ProjCDSActualsImport (ProjCDSActualsImport)'"} Please rectify your data and try again. If issue persists after multiple retries, please contact your system administrator.

How do I solve this? in MS docs it says you should be able to carry this out.
