Hello Guys,

We have SLA KPI Instance ( First Response and Resolve) timer controls in Case screen.

I am trying to change the SLA time control label like "Canceled" in to "Cancelled".

Could you pls give your suggestion on this?

Thanks,

Vasanth

RE: SLA timer Control Label change

    Hi Vasanthkumar,

Unfortunately, you can’t change it as your need, it is by-design.

You can only set the conditions under which various values are displayed (Succeeded, canceled, paused, expired), can’t edit what value it shown.
