Custom entity and server side sync

Hi

I have a custom entity that I want to use as a "required attendee" when the users book a meeting in CRM. This custom entity has a email. What do I need to implement for the server side sync to add this meeting to the calender for the email found on the custom entity?

Kind regards,

Kim

    Hello ks1,

I hope you are well and safe.

Basically Server-side Sync (SSS) manages email messages and ACT (Appointments, Contacts, Tasks).

    docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-server-side-synchronization-of-email-appointments-contacts-and-tasks

AFAIK it is not possible to extend it.

    Regards,

    Hi,

May I ask if you have the custom entity with "sending e-mail" is enabled?

If so, Is any appointment created with a record from that custom entity not showed in calendar?

    Regards,
