A large part of our business relies on sending out marketing materials by post
WIth Outbound Marketing, we can use a segment as a filter criteria in contact view, edit the columns to show address details and export to Excel, in a format our mailing house can use to produce address labels or printed letters.
With Real Time Journeys, we seem to have lost the ability to view segments as filter criteria for views.
Is there any way of getting out the postal address for contacts in a Real Time marketing segment?
Copy the Real-time segment to a static marketing list, then export the list with postal address fields—this replicates the Outbound export process.
