212 User Group Leader

Hello!

I'm trying to approve a leave request from a report through Manager Self-service.

I'm the Manager and the leave type has assigned a hierarchy workflow. I can see the request but I can´t take any action besides canceling it.

Any idea what could it be? See image attached below.

Hi Ana,

Click on View history and check who is the reviewer? As you mentioned you are the manager but check what is happening in the history of the workflow.

Hi Ana,

Can you please check whether workflow configuration has Approve and Deny option checked ?

Also, check whether you have security assigned for the approval and deny permission.

Are you missing security privileges or duty?

Did you log in with the Sys Admin role or manager role?

I solved it, there was an issue with the translations related to the workflow.
