Is there a way to import notes at the Task level at the same time as importing Project Revisions?

We are using an Excel template to import our Project Budget Revisions.  The template updates PJREVHDR and PJREVTSK.  Both PJREVHDR and PJREVTSK have a NoteID field in them.  Does anyone know how we can update our template to also impact the sNote table?  This is our current template:
