cannot attach a benefit to a worker, rates for benefit enrollment do not match rates on the benefits message appears (even though they do match)

Hi,

I am trying to attach benefits to the workers with Dynamics 365 but getting the following message

cannot attach a benefit to a worker, rates for benefit enrolment do not match rates on the benefits message appears 

These benefits do actually match so I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Is there any config I am missing.
