The issue was resolved,one of our user changed the username and user password.
Also, If this is a single user account, that user should check for network password validity. Logoff and logon to Windows and AX to retry.

Is the execution account set in Report Server Configuration Manager? Is that password valid?

Hi Shabir,
Did you check the permissions in SSRS? You can get the URL from Reporting servers configuration in AX and set the permission in the SSRS admin web application using your browser and an account with permission to do that.
