When we select an item within the list it shows 9 Ribbon headers (in IE10) but when we open this page in Edge(101.0.1210.39) and in chrome(101.0.4951.54) and select an item, it showing only one header (left image).
Suggest proper solution.

Something there are some weird things on the browser when you access D365 online. Please try these points:
1. Clear your browser cache and reopen the page.
2. Reset you browser.(Export your bookmarks first)
3. User another browser.(Such as IE or Firefox)
What is the CRM version which you are using?
