Hi,
Out of the box you can create a new letter activity and specify multiple recipients. THe letter activity will then show up under all the recipients specified.

Please describe in detail the problem you are trying to solve. Are you trying to programmaticaly create a letter activity via code such as an aspx page ?
HI Alex....Yes you can "attach" multiple recipients to both a phone call and/or letter, but when you try to do searches on recipients (by adding Recipient to search able fields), that's when CRM breaks.
Do you know any way around this? Ideally I'd like to create reports based on the recipients to a phone call or letter (when there's multiple, but I can't get around the errors Invalid Argument.
