I want Customer Wise Purchase Order Details . How should the tables be linked and which tables are to be used.

I created an example for you but I didn't add the document date.
In the RDLC layout, you need to add a tablix. Within the tablix you need to create three groups.
(To understand the grouping I would recommend you to watch this presentation from NAV Techdays: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aXQPuCISzI)
The first group will be grouped on [BuyfromVendorNo_PurchaseLine], the child of this group will be grouped on [DocumentNo_PurchaseLine] and child group of that will be grouped on [No_PurchaseLine].

There are standard report available check those.
You can find them in Purchases & Payable menu under report.
