I'm running an evaluation of Dynamics HR and am unable to access the Personnel Management section. The following error message pops up when trying to access:

We didn't do anything. The Personnel Management part of the application wasn't working for around 4 days. I tried it out of interest this morning before looking into how I could escalate to Microsoft and all appears to be OK now. Perhaps something fixed in the backend?

Logged in again this morning for the first time in a few days and it appears to have fixed itself.
Thanks. We've enabled all the features so that we could get a good feel for what we'd be able to do if we adopt the solution. Unfortunately as we don't have any Dynamics 365 licenses yet I can't find a way to raise a case with Microsoft.

Thank you for the question - typically for an issue related to a menu item unable to open, we would ask that a case be submitted for investigation. Have there been any features that you have enabled for testing by chance?
It is quite strange that you can access other areas but not personnel management.

I and my colleagues have full admin rights and can access all other areas on the demo site.

What kind of role is assigned to you? Are able to open other workspaces?
