Is there any way i can control the number of records to be shown in associated view and rest of the records will go to next page.

If you are talking about the subgrid records - yes you can control it.
go to form editor > double click on the subgrid > go to fomatting tab and set the rows like below:
I am talking about associated grid view
Okay, i doubt you can do that - its actually needs to be set under your personal options but the minimum number is 25 and then 50,75 so on:
