Hi all,
I'm dealing with an error message while trying to send a report via email (instead or printer or screen).
Unable to send email as 'A@test.onmicrosoft.com' from the 'B@test.onmicrosoft.com' account, please check the "Send as" permissions on the 'A@test.onmicrosoft.com' account.
Any idea?
Did you ever changed your account password recently , that could be the reason. please update if that is so.
So you need to configure send as permissions on that account, please check docs for details docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email
So according to the your explanation , you are trying to send email from B@test.onmicrosoft.com behalf of A@test.onmicrosoft.com ,
First of all i have to tell you that, as far as i know you cannot send email from .onmirosoft.com, the onmicrosoft domains you can use only as alias , once you configured your own domain and email then you can send email via your domain.
then still its not working you have to check delegation permission from Office 365 /Microsoft 365.

I agreed with the other comments. You must check your send as permissions from your Office 365 account docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email
There you will be able to delegate other users to send emails
