Getting email-admin permissions error

Could use some help figuring out why a user with Super Permissions is getting the below error.

    Hello, â€‹In Business Central, even users with the SUPER permission set may encounter errors when attempting to manage permission sets not assigned to their own account. This is due to the design of the SECURITY permission set, which restricts users from managing permission sets they don't possess themselves. 

    To fix this, ensure the user is assigned the EMAIL - ADMIN permission set, use an admin account with full access, or create a custom permission set with the required rights.

    In Business Central, a user with Super Permissions encountering the error "you don't have rights to manage 'Email-Admin' permission set on users" likely needs the Security permission set, which allows managing only those permission sets also assigned to their account. To resolve this, ensure the user has the Security permission set and that the 'Email-Admin' permission set is also assigned to their account. If issues persist, consulting the official documentation or support may provide further guidance.

    Hi,
     
    You need to assign the email admin role, but your question is valid—if you’re a superuser, why would you need to assign the email admin role separately? but I think their should be some logic as of now I think is keep separate from M365 admin.

    Hi, please confirm two points:
    1. Does this user's Super permission set the company? If so, please clear it.
    2. Does the Super User have a BC license?

    The user does have a BC Premium license and the company is cleared out. Thoughts?

    If it is difficult to find the problem, it is recommended to debug it. Currently, it is impossible to determine whether it is an environment problem or a standard problem.
    PS: Dynamics 365 Business Central: Failed with code UnprocessableEntity (insufficient permissions error on publishing extension – Reason: You do not have the following permissions on TableData XXXX)

    Do you have any value in the company field even though you have the SUPER permission set, that will restrict you to assign certain permissions, if you have company name in your permission set, clear that and try again.
